FR: La danse n'est pas née dans un studio...
Il m'a fallu près de 25 ans de recherche, notamment en pleine nature, pour comprendre simplement comment la gravité crée des spirales et ensuite transposer ces spirales en exercices, réduisant le poids du corps par le contact et l’ intention guidées en partenariat. Mes exercices sont relativement faciles pour des professionnels, pour autant qu'ils soient exécutés dans un flux dynamique, et non de manière statique et mécanique.
Mon objectif à travers cette approche est de créer des pièces de danse montrant que si nous faisons confiance au flux naturel d'énergie, nous pouvons créer des échanges entre partenaires sur scène, montrant des expressions élémentaires de l’energie et des relations humaines (au-delà de l'ego). C’est une approche au fond basée sur les trajectoires en spirale que toute forme de vie exprime, tout en répondant aux lois invisibles de l'ADN.
Mes ateliers incluent un processus de concentration profonde guidant l'attention sur le fait naturel de respirer. Cet atelier fournit des outils pour danseurs et chorégraphes, abordés sous la forme de jeux d'improvisations chorégraphiques.
L'atelier comprend :
â–ª Notions de base de méditation, de posture et de respiration consciente
â–ª Echauffement des méridiens d'énergie vitale (QI).
â–ª Exercices sur le thème de l'eau et d'autres éléments de la nature, allant progressivement du sol à des figures progressivement plus aériennes.
EN: Dance was not born in a studio…
It took me nearly 25 years of research into nature, to simply understand how gravity creates spirals and transpose those spirals into exercises reducing the weight of the body through contact and driven intentions in partnering. My exercices are relatively easy for professionals, as long as they are performed in a dynamic flow; and not in a static and mechanical way.
My goal in going through this approach is to create dance pieces showing that if we trust the natural flow of energy, we can create exchanges between partners on the stage moved by elementary expressions of energy and human relations (beyond ego). It is an approach based on the spiral trajectories that all life forms manifests responding to the invisible laws of DNA expression.
My workshops include deep concentration process guiding the attention on the natural fact of breathing. This workshop provides tools approached through improvisational choreographic games.
The workshop includes:
â–ª Basic notions of meditation, posture and conscious breathing
â–ª Warm-up of the meridians of vital energy (QI).
â–ª Exercises on the theme of water and other elements of nature, gradually from the ground to more aerial figures.
